REFUND POLICY

Our goal at Grey Market Nutrition is to provide both the best products and the highest quality user experience.

The products you see on our site are the same ones we take every single day. We love them, we stand behind them, and if you don't love them as much as us we'll give you your money back.

If for some reason you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased from our site, simply contact our customer service team we'll do our best to make things right in accordance with the rules below:

  • We do not accept returns for orders shipped internationally (outside of the United States of America) for any reason.
  • We have a 30-day return policy for orders shipped to addresses within the United States of America. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your item is returned opened, we will credit your account with 50% of the original purchase price. No exceptions.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@greymarketnutrition.com. Please include your order number and a detailed summary of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned. We do ask that you cover shipping costs.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are inspected for damage before being shipped out and  packaged with the utmost care, so damages are nearly always caused by the shipping company.

If anything in your order arrives damaged, we require the following information:

  • An email describing the damage.
  • Pictures of both the packaging and the damaged item.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following item categories/types are exceptions to the aforementioned rules and not returnable under any circumstances:

  • Accessories
  • CBD
  • Clothing
  • Delta 8 THC
  • HGH/IGF Boosters
  • Male Enhancement
  • Kratom
  • Peptides
  • Prohormones
  • Research Compounds
  • SARMs
  • Shaker Cups
  • All other forms of swag or branded merchandise.

FINAL DECISIONS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If a full refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If the item is opened or is not returned in its original state, you may be credited for 50% of the original purchase price. This will be done by issuing a virtual gift card to our online store.
